Job Overview:
The License Permit Technician 2 is an essential team member in the Vehicle Services Bureau (VSB). The successful candidate will be tasked with learning business standards and procedures to support daily operations giving the business the ability to reallocated resources in support of specific project needs.
Project needs include receiving, recording, and routing incoming mail, assisting the public with vehicle titling transactions (to include establishing accounts for monies received), and imaging/indexing all documents processed by the bureau. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
One-year customer service experience
One-year computer and software systems experience including a variety of word processing, database, and other business software applications and reviewing, verifying, and processing documents
Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
