Vehicle Coordinator

U.S. Upfitters a division of Driverge Vehicle Innovations  is seeking a Vehicle Inspection / Delivery Coordinator. What you get to accomplish:

• Answer and handle incoming customer service concerns, including promptly returning phone and email messages
• Schedule and check in vehicle deliveries
• Enter customer and job related information into necessary databases
• Perform vehicle inspection ( you will be exposed to outside weather conditions such as wet, cold, heat and humidity )
• Coordinate with clients on vehicle pickup and delivery times
• Work with Production Manager assist in assigning jobs to the next technician
• Support Operations manager in administrative duties
• As an Vehicle Coordinator you must be detail orientated and have strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills are critical for your success in this role.
• High level of initiative and sense of urgency
• Good knowledge of the greater Chicago freeway system

What you should posses:

• Must have a minimum of two years professional office experience in an administrative support role
• Experience in the auto industry in an administrative or support capacity a strong plus
• Must have PC/Computer experience plus a working knowledge of multiple programs including Excel, QuickBooks, Google Docs
• This job requires a valid driver's license
