Subaru of Missoula is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Admin to join our business office team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting various accounting functions and ensuring accuracy in dealership financial transactions. This role is essential in managing administrative tasks related to vehicle sale transactions, ensuring smooth communication and support within the dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical/bookkeeping skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $22.50+ per hour (DOE).
