Bob King Mazda is looking for a driven, high energy, and professional Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to aggressively help to grow our used vehicle inventory. This role will be focused on Buying Vehicles directly from private sellers through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kelley Blue Book, Instant Cash offer leads and other online sources. If you thrive on activity, negotiation and winning deals - this is a high-income opportunity for you!
Daily Expectations
Contact and engage with private sellers daily - calls, texts, emails
Source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace, KBB ICO leads, and other online listings
Appraise vehicles and make competitive offers
Negotiate and close purchases
Schedule in-store or remote vehicle acquisitions
Log all activity in the CRM System (non-negotiable)
Build a pipeline of 15-30 active opportunities running at all times
Activity Expectations : 50+ outbound calls/messages per day, 15+ live conversations, 3-5 appointments set, 1-3 vehicles acquired per day (goal)
