Vehicle Acquisition Specialist - J. Allen Mazda
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to help connect our Service and Sales departments while supporting our growing pre-owned inventory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

What You’ll Do
- Greet service customers and assist with check-in flow
- Provide complimentary CarFax reports and real-time vehicle valuations
- Identify trade-in and purchase opportunities
- Support customers interested in selling or trading vehicles
- Coordinate with the Acquisition Manager and Sales team
- Prepare valuations for scheduled appointments
- Use tools like vAuto and equity mining systems to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate logs and follow-ups on all leads
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
