VDC ManagerAs the VDC Manager, reporting into senior project leadership and the VDC function, you will take ownership of digital project execution from pursuit through closeout.Lead VDC execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through completionDevelop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Drive model-based coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP systemsFacilitate clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings with project stakeholdersOversee model QA/QC to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance with project requirementsSupport field teams with model-based workflows including 4D scheduling, logistics, and layoutMentor junior VDC staff and contribute to departmental process standardisation and growthMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
