You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to develop and manage construction models, facilitate trade coordination, and help resolve issues before they impact the field.This role bridges design intent and field execution by using model‑based workflows to support coordination, sequencing, and constructability across projects.What You'll DoDevelop and manage construction models to support coordination, constructability review, and project planningLead and facilitate trade coordination meetings using model‑based workflowsPerform clash detection and track resolution of coordination issues across disciplinesWork with project teams to ensure models reflect construction sequencing and field conditionsSupport preconstruction planning, scope clarification, and operations strategy through modeling toolsAssist with 4D visual scheduling and model‑based planning when applicableProvide VDC support to project teams throughout the project lifecycleMaintain and organize project coordination models and documentationContinuously improve VDC processes and workflows through ongoing learning and collaborationWhy You'll Be SuccessfulYou're a strong problem solver who enjoys working with both technology and construction teams.
