This is a full‑time, in‑person position.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and externalCoordinate workload for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve construction issuesUnderstand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking responsibilities and providing progress updatesIdentify and facilitate resolution of coordination conflicts using clash detection in NavisworksLead clash resolution and coordination meetings, ensuring all items are completedUse modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate modelsConduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with contract documentsApply concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordinationUnderstand and implement VDC services in accordance with standards and best practicesContribute to VDC goals and company initiativesQualifications – Required0–4 years of BIM/VDC experience working on commercial construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experienceWillingness to relocate and travelWillingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skillsKnowledge of 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisworksAbility to work in a collaborative environment as well as independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other applicable toolsUnderstanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedulesBasic understanding of the construction management process (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings)Preferred QualificationsOutstanding communication and time management skillsExperience applying VDC best practices on large‑scale projectsEqual Opportunity StatementHolder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
