    Candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or Reno/Sparks, NV who can regularly travel to Sacramento are also encouraged to apply.$165,000–$210,000+ DOE, plus annual performance bonusLead the Team Behind Some of Northern California's Most Complex Mechanical Construction ProjectsWe're seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead a growing BIM/VDC department supporting large commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.This is a leadership-first opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, driving quality, and ensuring every model is accurate, coordinated, fabrication-ready, and field-ready.
