Lead BIM and VDC ExecutionDevelop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards. Support preconstruction and operations teams with clash detection, 4D/5D modeling, and coordination workflows. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design issues and enhance constructability. Implement, update, and enforce BIM/VDC standards, templates, and best practices across the organization. Proficiency in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and additional tools like Synchro, BIM 360, or similar platforms is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams are essential. Proven ability to problem-solve, manage deadlines, and drive coordination on complex projects is necessary.
