Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time Vault Specialist with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. The Safe & Vault Specialist installs, maintains, repairs, and opens high-security safes and vault doors for banks, businesses, and individuals. They troubleshoot mechanical/electronic locks, drill safes during lockouts, and upgrade security systems. Key duties include changing combinations, repairing locking mechanisms, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Maintenance: Maintain and repair existing high-security locking mechanisms and vault components.
Emergency Service & Openings: Perform emergency lockout services, including drilling, scoping, and repairing safes, vault doors, and safe deposit boxes.
Lock Technology: Service, repair, and install both traditional mechanical combination locks and modern electronic locking systems, including rekeying locks and replacing broken tumblers.
Location: North Bay, CA and/or Fairfield, CA
Pay: $50K+ starting wage range depending on experience
