Core Responsibilities
Requires a bus license or willingness to obtain and maintain a bus license.
- Assessment: Evaluating the current strengths and weaknesses of individuals or team members.
- Program Development: Creating personalized, structured plans and training programs tailored to specific short-term and long-term goals.
- Instruction & Training: Planning and executing practice sessions, drills, and workshops to teach fundamental skills and strategy.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring progress, tracking data or performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Motivation: Providing continuous encouragement, emotional support, and maintaining client/athlete enthusiasm.
- Record Keeping & Maintenance: Managing player statistics, equipment, and ensuring safe training environments (especially in sports).

Work Environment
