Upon employment, the following will be required: CPR/First Aid Certification Coaching Principals Certification Concussion & Head Injury Awareness Certification Cardiac Awareness Certificate Cardiac Training for Coaches Certification *Child Abuse Reporting Certificate All employees must have a high school diploma or GED. Coaching experience or experience working with a child; Knowledge of the sport; Previous playing experience; Ability to communicate with and relate well to the student-athlete; Ability to effectively communicate through oral, written, and electronic forms.
