  • Ability to demonstrate complex volleyball techniques and execute repetitive physical motions, such as feeding/tossing balls and modeling proper racquet strokes, requiring significant manual dexterity and upper-body coordination.
  • Capacity to work extended periods in varying outdoor weather conditions common to Wisconsin, including extreme heat, high humidity, and cold temperatures, while standing on hard asphalt or concrete surfaces.
  • Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, and transporting coaching equipment, such as ball hoppers, heavy ball machines, and water coolers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have the visual and auditory ability to monitor student-athlete safety across a wide perimeter, identifying potential hazards, player distress, or emergency situations in a high-decibel environment.
