Compensation: Contract determined by years of coaching experience.

Description:

The McFarland School District is seeking applicants for a Varsity Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-27 season. The candidates must have the ability to motivate, mentor, and instill sportsmanship qualities, while maximizing the student athletes' abilities at all levels. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications:

• Complete knowledge of football skills
• Use of different coaching methods and motivational strategies for athletes
• Collaborate with football coaches, other sport coaches, and school employees
• Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
• Able to assist in running daily practices
• Licensed Teacher or CNLT through WIAA
• CPR/First Aid Certification
