Perform complete inline over-haul of valves including gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, pressure seal, plug, control valves, and actuators.
Maintain safety standards, adhere to quality procedures, and communicate directly with customers.
Work independently in diagnosing, testing, and repairing valves, ensuring compliance with reports and systems.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of experience, control valve training preferred, and knowledge of diagnostic analyzers like HART.
Position involves indoor and outdoor work, travel (0-30%), and operating in noisy plant environments with safety equipment.
Must lift up to 75 pounds, have good communication and manual dexterity, and be able to work at heights and in various climates.
