Headquartered in beautiful Thousand Oaks, California, Anchor Loans currently lends in 48 states and is expanding into new markets and service lines to better serve its current and future borrowers.Job Summary The Valuations Manager is responsible for overseeing complex valuation reviews and escalations across the RTL portfolio, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely valuation decisions. This role partners closely with Credit, Asset Management, Trading, and Investment teams to support asset pricing, deal execution, portfolio performance, and risk management.The ideal candidate brings strong real estate valuation expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate high‑impact decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
