We are seeking a fully remote Valuations Analyst responsible for assessing property values and defining scopes of work for acquisitions.
- Determine market values for prospective deals across the US to guide acquisition decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize ROI and plan property dispositions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Construction teams on pricing, budgets, and project scope.
- Ensure accurate valuations and meet turnaround times to prevent properties from sitting on the market.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to support company growth.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of residential valuation experience, an appraisal license or coursework, and strong computer skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
