Job Description: Action Line Sales Executive

As an Action Line Sales Executive, you would be responsible for:

• Presenting our vacation ownership opportunity to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of HGV. • Greeting guests and listening to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs. • Participating in reoccurring outstanding training to elevate your selling capabilities and HGV product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a TN Timeshare License (reimbursement for the license is available) • Positive and enthusiastic attitude • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent active listening skills • Able to work independently and as a team player • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs-selling, negotiating, and closing the sale • Problem-solving ability • Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
