UX Professional (Architect/Designer)
Baltimore, MD- Hybrid
  • Position is Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Primary work location is Baltimore, MD but also open to candidates located within commuting distance (50 miles) of other OneMain corporate offices, Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NE; Irving, TX; Evansville, IN. Strong East Coast candidates may be considered.
  • Potential Contract to Hire

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • We are actively seeking a UX Professional (Architect/Designer) Payments Experience.
  • A UX Professional (Architect/Designer is a user experienced architect is responsible for monitoring the stability and efficiency of system outputs to support business functions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • User experience architects improve the network infrastructure and conduct system configuration for optimal performance and smooth navigation
  • They also assist the end-users in resolving network issues, identifying discrepancy sources, and adjust codes as needed to prevent the reoccurrence of technical problems
  • A user experience architect must have excellent technical and communication skills, especially in helping the technology team in designing systems according to business requirements and feasibility
