Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Understand product specifications and user psychology.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Create personas through user research and data.
Translates wireframes into mockups.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Ensures exceptional and compliant design execution across all digital platforms.
Participates in user research, usability tests and other evaluation activities.
Embrace and apply Design Thinking principles with agile methods.
Develop original design concepts and manage the design project through execution.
Helps the team interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations to design decisions based on that feedback.
Researches and showcases knowledge of industry trends and the latest relevant technologies across a variety of platforms.
Contributes to requirements and design documents.
Experience working with Agile teams.
Good to have Banking/Finance experience.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
