The UX Experience Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create seamless and accessible user experiences.
The UX Experience Designer works closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to transform business and user requirements into effective design solutions in a fully remote environment.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centered experiences for web, mobile, and digital products
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey analysis
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements
Develop intuitive navigation systems and information architecture
Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all designs
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards
Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve experiences
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
3–7 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools
Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure RP
Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with design systems and Agile product development environments
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise applications
