Your Role
The Stellarus Product and UX team defines and designs technology products, creating solutions for users across the spectrum of healthcare. The Senior UX Designer will report to the Director of UX Research and Product Design. In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and team members to design digital product solutions that solve and support our user's needs, expectations, and pain points.

Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires at least 5 years relevant UX, Product, Research or Design experience
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Requires a portfolio to be submitted in application
- Competency in any of the other design disciplines - User Research/User Testing, Visual Design, Motion Design, Human Factors Engineering; a big plus
- Experience in the health or wellness industry, a plus
- Experience on teams shipping digital product, a plus
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to projects across the product lifecycle, from concept and discovery through production, with guidance from leads
- Apply a range of UX/UI skills, including user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping, to support product development
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering partners to support UX sprint planning and execution
- Contribute to UX strategy efforts and help align design solutions to user and business needs
- Design thoughtful user experiences that address both explicit user needs and potential opportunities for improvement
- Create product prototypes that are usable, visually clear, and aligned with product goals
- Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of the design system, and partner with engineering to ensure consistent implementation
- Work through complex problem spaces with support from senior team members, contributing to structured approaches and solutions
