Responsibilities: -To create journeys, prototypes, and designs, and work with product teams in agile format, for digital products that FAs and BOAs use to serve their clients. -Ability to stand on their own and drive forward efforts completely on their own. -Present ideas and concepts to clients. -Can work with the PO and Development team very closely. Lots of communicating with dev and PO across the different enrollment products. Also, can work with researchers and business and potentially Ops, Service, and Change. -Mid to senior designer to maintain designs and move previously created designs forward. -Continue to close designs on the new requirements that are surfacing. -Create wireframes and prototypes and different states for scenarios. -Prepare documentation for dev and accessibility, attend accessibility reviews. -Not just taking inputs and creating designs, but ability to think strategically and provide additional value through holistic experience design.
