Summary:
We are seeking a talented and execution-oriented UX/UI Designer to join a newly established UX/UI Center of Excellence (COE) focused on delivering intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered digital experiences across a rapidly evolving home security and smart technology ecosystem.
Partnering closely with the UX Design Lead, this role is responsible for the hands-on execution of UX and UI design across customer-facing products, ecommerce experiences, CRM-integrated workflows, and customer support experiences. This position is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in translating UX strategy into polished, high-quality experiences through wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and visual execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with exceptional UI skill and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to bring user-centered solutions to life. You will help design experiences for both customers and internal support agents while ensuring consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and COE best practices.

Contribute to the design of AI-enhanced customer and agent experiences, including:
Conversational experiences and chat interfaces
AI-assisted support workflows
Personalized recommendations and intelligent interactions
Agent-assist tools and guided workflows
Utilize AI-assisted design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content generation, workflow optimization, and research synthesis.
Collaborate with UX leadership and product teams to ensure AI experiences remain intuitive, transparent, and user-centered.

Minimum Qualifications:
2 - 5+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Wireframes and interaction design
User-centered workflows
High-fidelity UI design
Responsive/mobile experiences
Feature-level product execution
Experience designing digital customer experiences in technology, SaaS, ecommerce, telecom, smart home, subscription, or consumer applications.
Strong understanding of:
User-centered design principles
Interaction design
Information architecture
Wireframing and prototyping
Responsive and accessible design
Design systems and reusable components
Proficiency with UX/UI tools including:
Figma
Miro
Prototyping tools and collaborative design platforms
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and design tools for ideation, content generation, prototyping, and workflow acceleration.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for ecommerce, DTC customer experiences, or subscription-based products.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer support tools, or agent workflows.
Exposure to AI-enabled experiences, conversational interfaces, or guided workflows.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end implementation principles.
Experience working within or contributing to a design system or COE environment.
Experience in smart home, IoT, home security, telecom, or connected-device ecosystems.
Occasional travel/training may be required.
Will vary based on project scope and focus.
Approximately 4-6 trips per year.
