Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape the strategy, experience, and delivery of complex digital products. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in highly collaborative environments, enjoys solving challenging workflow and information architecture problems, and can confidently navigate ambiguity within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.

The successful candidate will partner closely with product managers, engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and researchers to design intuitive, scalable experiences for data-rich applications. This role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complex problems, and experience working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of complex, data-intensive digital products and workflows.
Translate business objectives, technical constraints, user needs, and operational requirements into effective experience solutions.
Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and successfully implemented.
Drive discovery activities to understand user behavior, workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate solutions clearly.
Design experiences that help users understand, analyze, and act on complex information and datasets.
Balance user experience, business goals, and technical realities to make informed design decisions.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to and leverage design systems, accessibility standards, and established design patterns.
Advocate for user-centered thinking while maintaining focus on business outcomes and product objectives.
Support design quality throughout implementation, partnering with developers to ensure experience integrity.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer experiences.
Demonstrated experience designing applications that support sophisticated workflows, operational processes, or data-rich experiences.
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
Experience collaborating within Agile product development environments.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, and measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, workflow systems, or other data-intensive applications.
Familiarity with design systems and scalable component-based design approaches.
Experience partnering with engineering teams on complex technical implementations.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or enterprise software.
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional design activities.
