We are looking for UV Coater Operators to work in a local company, operating UV coating machines to apply finishes to printed products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Typical duties include:
Operate UV coating machines to apply finishes according to job specs
Monitor production quality (finish, alignment, gloss level, defects)
Load and unload materials (paper, cards, printed sheets) into the machine
Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime
Record production data and report issues
Troubleshoot machine problems and adjust for efficiency/waste reduction
Experience with printing or finishing equipment (preferred)
Physical ability to stand, lift materials, and work in a production setting
Knowledge of coatings, inks, or print processes is a plus
