  • Work a rotating shift schedule and perform maintenance activities as required. nt
  • Operate and maintain central utility plant equipment with minimal supervision. nt
  • Perform a variety of duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor to support continuous plant operations. nt
  • Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain four high-pressure steam generators producing 44,000 pounds of steam per hour at 150 psi. nt
  • Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain two high-pressure steam generators producing 80,000 pounds of steam per hour at 150 psi. nt
  • Operate and maintain four centrifugal electric motor-driven air compressors supplying compressed air at 110 psi. nt
  • Operate and maintain four 3,500-ton electric-driven York centrifugal chillers and two 3,500-ton electric-driven York YD chillers. nt
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain associated auxiliary equipment supporting steam, chilled water, and compressed air systems. nt
  • Operate and maintain an 8-megawatt cogeneration system, including a natural gas-driven turbine and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG). nt
  • Monitor and maintain the Heat Recovery Steam Generator, capable of producing 80,000 pounds of steam per hour at 150 psi, to ensure reliable and efficient utility plant operations. n
