Their duties include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, and minor appliances, as well as grounds and athletic equipment upkeep.
Essential functions involve diagnosing and fixing issues with water, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems, assisting contractors, snow plowing, and performing routine maintenance in a safe manner.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or higher education in related fields (preferred Associate’s degree), and knowledge of building codes, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
