Work Locations: Birmingham AL, Atlanta GA, Charlotte NCRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related fieldRequired Experience & Skills: 6+ years of UX/UI or Digital Experience Design experience within enterprise or complex environments Experience designing internally facing applications, enterprise platforms, or other complex systems Banking or financial services industry experience required Strong proficiency with Figma, including Figma Make Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders Experience presenting and communicating design decisions, workflows, and design activities Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesJob duties: Design and create user interfaces for enterprise applications and digital platforms Lead hands-on UX/UI design activities from concept through implementation Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Partner closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions Apply and maintain design consistency using established design systems Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions Support user-centered and accessible design practices throughout the product lifecycle **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
