Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a User Experience Designer opportunity - Hybrid (3 days) in New York NY. This is a premier American bank holding company widely known as the largest issuer of credit cards in the U.S. and a major player in consumer and commercial banking. Responsibilities for User Experience Designer include but are not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts for enterprise risk management applications, creating user-centered experiences for complex workflows and governance processes.

• Design and deliver artifacts including user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Conduct and apply user research, data insights, stakeholder feedback, and business requirements to inform design decisions.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

• Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders across multiple levels while driving alignment and influencing decisions.

Candidates for User Experience Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 4+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process, outcomes, impact, and complex workflow solutions.

• 4+ years of Figma experience, including wireframing, prototyping, and working within established design systems.

• User Research experience, including gathering insights, synthesizing findings, and translating research into product improvements.

• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Technology, and Business partners in cross-functional environments.

• Experience designing complex and/or heavily regulated environments (financial services, risk management, governance, compliance, etc.).

• Pay: $ 86.01/hr.

• Shift: Monday - Friday / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $86.01 per hour
