As part of the CFRM (Credit and Financial Risk Management) Design team, we build the ecosystem of enterprise software products that empower teams to navigate financial risks—specifically credit, liquidity, and market risks. We’re looking for a contract product designer to support a critical risk management application that helps teams govern model development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role
At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
At least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners
At least 4 years of experience working with an established design system
Experience working in heavily regulated problem spaces
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
Experience presenting work to audiences across levels and job functions
Understanding of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Leverage deep expertise in product design and skills across interaction, visual, and service design
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills
Facilitate design process activities with team and partners, negotiating customer needs and business goals
