User Experience Designer lead

negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Location: McLean, VA, San Francisco, CA, NYC Richmond VA(in order of preference)
Duration -4 months with possibility to extend/contract to hire
Interviews- 1 hour zoom video interview w/ Pharmaceutical

Project-This is for Enterprise Data portfolio team which supports providing real time data to various data analyst /data engineer which they can use .They are responsible for publishing data into echo system , creating reports for the internal various teams so that they can use these apps & make it available to the end users. This role is expected to design enterprise platform , enabling data producer /manage data & be the touchpoint for various users. This is for an matured & established enterprise platform which has met the resiliency .

Must Skills required
  • Must have experience in Figma (primary tool)
  • Comfortable working in digital whiteboarding tools (Lucid spark) or similar white board tools like Jam board for mapping chart
  • Working in JIRA managing tickets
  • Work with 2-3 product designer /partners ,not required to talk to larger audience but need to have basic understanding of talking to various designers/product managers
  • Experience with working with larger portfolio /researcher /content strategy
  • Able to go from concept to delivery (wire frame state to high fidelity design) Using and extending an existing design system from discovery phase to concepting to translate the design
  • Comfortable working with cross functional partners (engineer/developers/product) to launch designs
  • Usability testing both prelaunch & postlaunch
  • Experience working in enterprise platforms, tools for technical users, e.g. data analytics tools, logistics & management tools (e.g. salesforce like product managing multiple relationships, potential data visualization, designing w/ data tables), designing multi user experiences
  • Ability up manage multiple projects at the same time
