User Experience Designer II in Seattle, WA

Our client, a Fortune 5 eCommerce and Robotics Technology company, is looking to hire a User Experience Designer II in Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite).

Pay Rate Range: $45 to $55/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for enterprise web applications
• Drive UI consistency and standardization across multiple interconnected platforms
• Build and maintain shared design systems and reusable UI patterns
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on UX strategy
• Design seamless workflows across integrated internal systems
• Present design recommendations and research findings to leadership
• Support onboarding experiences for new users across internal platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to improve experience metrics and usability performance

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of UX / Product Design experience
• Strong experience in Web Design / UI Design
• Experience designing enterprise web applications or internal tools
• Strong user research and usability testing background
• Experience creating and scaling design systems
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to AI tools / Prompt Engineering
• Portfolio required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Web development experience
• Experience with operational workflow platforms or enterprise software
• Background working in fast-paced product environments
