Background supporting large-scale digital products and customer-facing platforms.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist / UX Content Writer to support multiple agile product teams in creating clear, customer-focused digital experiences. This role partners closely with Experience Designers, Accessibility Specialists, Product Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure content accurately reflects product functionality while maintaining consistency with established content standards, voice, and tone.The ideal candidate has experience working within design systems, collaborating in agile environments, and managing content needs across several concurrent projects.Key Responsibilities: Partner with Experience Designers and accessibility specialists to ensure content aligns with product functionality and user experience goals. Create, edit, and implement content that supports digital products, features, and campaigns. Apply and evolve existing content strategies to support new initiatives and customer experiences. Ensure content is consistent with established voice, tone, branding, and design system requirements. Review designs in Figma and provide content recommendations and revisions. Validate content implementation across digital platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused and business-aligned content solutions.
