You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with internal logistics teams, carriers, and suppliers, and act as a key support resource for procurement and buying teams. Additionally, you'll identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance our operations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or operations support
• Hands-on experience with shipment coordination and pickup scheduling
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash or procure-to-pay processes
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactional work with accuracy
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in English
