Associate Operator Marketing Manager Citadels (Los Angeles)
Max Bill Rate: ***
UPDATE FROM MANAGER:
For these roles, I am looking for someone who specifically has foodservice background, preferably in marketing. The individual should have a keen understanding of their respective market/city, specifically food trends, large community events tailored around culinary/chef community. I need someone with a creative background who can bring large national brands to life with a local feel. The individual should have a history of executing marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social, and event creation. This individual, although a part of the operator marketing team, will be fully engaged with the sales team, and supporting their overall citadel strategy. What this entails includes but is not limited to, supporting with local campaigns that engage with operators and generates leads for the sales team, creates and executes events on a large scale in the local market, and will build our brands, specifically Knorr and Hellmann s/Best Foods in the city.
Several of the candidates that I did reject, had retail backgrounds but not foodservice, which is okay, but I really need someone who understand the foodservice operator and has more of a culinary understanding. One individual did come from the foodservice side, but was from the broker world and her level of marketing was only email. The skillset as shared above should be more wholistic campaign creation.
