As a Patient Access Supervisor, you'll play a critical role at the frontline of the patient journey-leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring every patient starts their care experience the right way.
This is a high-visibility, onsite leadership role supporting three facilities at Rutherford Regional Hospital.
What You'll Do
You'll lead daily operations while driving both team performance and patient experience.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,738.00 - $66,107.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
