About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach to support 3 teams and strengthen team dynamics, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness. This role requires someone who brings a positive, steady, and confident presence to challenging situations. You should be comfortable coaching teams through conflict, resistance, and change while providing clear, direct, and respectful feedback. The right candidate is pragmatic and emotionally intelligent, able to build trust quickly while maintaining a high bar for accountability and outcomes. You will be expected to actively improve how teams work together and ensure delivery continues to move forward. You will actively leverage tools and AI to evolve how the role is performed using them not only to streamline work, but to generate insights, challenge thinking, and enhance coaching, communication, and decision-making.
