Title : Sr Pricing Analyst
Location: Tempe AZ - 100% Onsite

Salary Range: $48 – $60/hour

Contract Duration : 6+ months with possibility to extension

Introduction

The role involves supporting aerospace government sourcing organizations by evaluating and establishing fair and reasonable pricing for commercial products and services in support of FAR Part 15 contracts. The position requires leveraging market research, pricing analysis methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance while driving competitive and strategic pricing outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience (pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, or accounting)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with FAR / DFARS regulations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop creative, strategic pricing solutions
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis tool proficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and services
  • Analyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks
  • Apply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations to ensure compliance in all pricing activities
  • Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Utilize analytical tools and financial principles to develop well-documented pricing analyses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Client Aerospace, including sales, proposal operations, product line leaders, engineering, procurement, and subcontract specialists
  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
