AML3D USA specializes in advanced metal 3D printing technology used to create large-scale metal parts for industrial applications.

We are seeking a hands-on Shop and Field Service Technician to support installation operation, and maintenance of advanced industrial metal 3D printing systems. This role offers a mix of in-shop and travel to customer sites, support cutting edge manufacturing technology.

• PAY: $29-$34/per hour (offer dependent on experience)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; technician or trade education preferred (welding, electrical, mechanical, or robotics)
• 3-5 years of hands-on shop or field service experience
• Proficient welding skills required
• Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CAD or 3D printing software preferred
• Must be comfortable working with QA documentation and processes
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with industrial metal 3D printing equipment
• Assembly and build equipment based on company and customer needs
• Install and set up machines at customer locations
• Preform basic testing to ensure equipment is working properly
• Provide support to customers both onsite and remotely
• Help with general shop tasks and daily operations
