Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead EWM / Logistics SME to lead and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and logistics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in warehouse management processes, logistics operations, and SAP EWM implementations, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP EWM and Logistics processes .
• Lead business requirement gathering, solution design, and process improvements.
• Support SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams to optimize business processes.
• Provide guidance on inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and warehouse operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct user training, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Identify process gaps and recommend best-practice solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) .
• Deep understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain processes .
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and engage with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations and process transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, TM, or other logistics modules.
• Prior experience as a Lead Consultant or SME in logistics transformation projects.

Experience: 8+ years in SAP EWM/Logistics with leadership or SME experience.
