As an Operations Specialist, you ensure the smooth flow of products in-store by managing inventory, supporting preservation standards, and delivering items to customers and team members. You engage enthusiastically, utilize product expertise to make recommendations, and support sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities include completing inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in line with retail processes. You handle product fulfillment, restocking, and demo tasks, supporting merchandising priorities. You may assist with customer-facing activities and contribute to an inclusive environment that values diversity and learning.
Minimum qualifications involve availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry products. Preferred qualities include customer focus, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
