Summary:

Flow Connections (Division within Ideal Tridon Group) is seeking a US Market and Business Development Manager - Hygienic Solutions to accelerate growth across our pharmaceutical, biotechnology, bioprocessing, and hygienic processing markets.

This strategic commercial role will drive market expansion, customer engagement, industry partnerships, and specification activity for Flow Connect growing hygienic portfolio, including sanitary fittings, clamps, hose assemblies, process transfer solutions, single-use technologies, and future product platforms.

The successful candidate will serve as the voice of Flow Connect within the North American hygienic market, helping shape our growth strategy, identify emerging opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and position Flow Connect as a trusted technical partner to pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, CDMOs, OEMs, and engineering firms.

This role is expected to influence both revenue growth and long-term strategic direction.

Key Objectives:

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, and bioprocessing markets.
  • Establish Flow Connect as a recognize provider of hygienic flow control solutions throughout North America.
  • Expand market penetration beyond traditional hose assembly products into broader process solutions.

Strategic Customer Development:

Build relationships with key stakeholders including:

  • Monitor pharmaceutical and bioprocessing market trends.

Product Strategy Support:

  • Support new product introductions.
  • Assist in development of market requirements.

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct site visits and technical consultations.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
