Role Name: Oracle Cloud Fusion Sourcing to Pay (S2P)Techno-Functional Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA. ONSITE (Local Candidate Only)
 
"Description and Location
 
The **Oracle SaaS Cloud for Supplier, Purchasing, Sourcing, Accounts Payable (Sourcing to Pay)**will be hands-on senior level consultant who will map business requirements to Oracle SaaS Cloud functionality, solution design for extensions, manage configurations, data migration in the client’s Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem. This will include coordination within different groups.
 
Candidate must be local to Philadelphia area as, 3 to 4 days at client site is expected.Client is located in Philadelphia center City.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Work closely with the client to analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in S2P area
  • Consultant will work with technical team to build RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions & extensions)
  • Consultants should have pretty good idea of Technical table level structure of Oracle Fusion architecture, so, they can work with development team
  • Should have hands-on experience on OTBI Reports in the S2P Domain area
  • Resolve functional and technical issues
  • Work on SaaS Configurations, Functional Specifications Documents, Design documents, Design PaaS Solutions, Test Script Creation
  • Work with business Users and IT teams to resolve defects, issues
  • Knowledge of Purchasing and Cash Management will be preferred
 
Required Skills:
 
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS cloud Techno functional consultant in Accounts Payable, Cash Management Purchasing, Supplier (S2P area)Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Expenses, including configuration of policies, workflows, and audit rules.
 
  • Hands-on expertise with Fusion Corporate Card program implementation, covering card program setup, integrations, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying highly complex BPM workflow rules, including large-scale bulk uploads and rule optimization for performance.
  • Some knowledge on Fusion Cloud Sourcing will be added advantage
  • Experience working with XML-based payment templates, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SEPA payment formats and European banking compliance requirements.
  • Practical implementation experience with Fusion Tax, specifically for European VAT regime countries.
 
  • Preferred: Exposure to e-Invoicing frameworks and integrations
 
  • Knowledge of OBN (Oracle Business Network) or EDI (Oracle On-prem Application) will be preferred
 
  • Overall Functional experience should 10 to 12 years.
 
  • Good knowledge on integrating Oracle SaaS S2P applications with third party applications or
 
  • Ability to understand business requirements, Mapping of Data between legacy and Oracle SaaS Application is needed
 
  • Familiarity to technical tables of S2P SaaS cloud application will be a plus
 
  • Excellent communications skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.
 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
 
  • Need Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloud in S2P area
 
Common Technical preferred Skills
 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL querying, along with hands-on experience building OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
  • Extensive experience in data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including detailed data mapping and resolving complex fieldmapping challenges.
  • Deep, practical expertise with FBDI and ADFDI for largescale data uploads and bulk processing.
  • Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including the creation of both technical and functional design documents involving OIC integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with OIC data flows and data transformation processes utilizing ATP custom schemas.
  • Proficiency with UCM (Universal Content Management) for file handling and integration touchpoints.
  • Ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs, including calling, testing, and integrating with Oracle Cloud services.
  • Experience implementing AI Agents, with knowledge of deploying both custom-built and out-of-the-box agents within Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation (preferred).
  • Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service); mandatory for Payables, and preferred for other modules."
