We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Urology Physician to join our dynamic hospital setting starting June 1, 2026. Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- PA License (preferred for quicker onboarding)
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant Urology experience
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, circumcision, and Orchiopexy
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to perform in a high-volume hospital setting with a trauma level 1 designation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic surgery
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
- Ability to supervise NP/PAs comfortably
- Skilled in managing diverse patient populations, including occasional pediatric cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- At least 1 year of post-residency urology practice
Other Requirements:
- Active PA license preferred for expedited credentialing
- Availability to work 24-hour call shifts with callback duties
- Willingness to support occasional pediatric cases or OB-related support if needed
- Ability to support hospital in operating procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate treatments, lithotripsy, and rare penile procedures
