Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Valid PA Medical License
- Current DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Urology practice experience
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Prior experience in hospital-centered urological care
- Ability to manage complex cases and emergencies
- Flexibility in schedule and call coverage
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Urology residency training program completion
- At least 1 year of clinical experience post-residency
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts, including weekends
- Ability to stay in nearby hotels for coverage periods as needed
- Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required
