Tenet Healthcare is partnering with an established, high-volume private urology group in the Phoenix West Valley to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist. Join a respected multi-physician practice with strong hospital alignment, advanced robotic technology, and immediate patient demand in one of the fastest-growing healthcare markets in the Southwest.
Position Highlights
- Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs
- Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ) directly adjacent to inpatient services and ORs
- Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus (approximately 20-25 minutes away)
- Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available
- Aquablation technology available
- Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStim therapy
- Established referral base with immediate volume
Schedule & Clinical Structure
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 3 Clinic Days 2 OR Days
- 40 patients per clinic day
- Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient 25% Inpatient 10% Rounding
- Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners
- Weekend coverage: 1 in 4
