What Were Looking For:
- Proven expertise in general urology with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Board eligibility or certification in Urology
- Valid PA medical license and DEA certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Strong clinical skills in managing a diverse patient population
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to handle high patient volumes efficiently (40-70 patients per day)
Nice to Have:
- Additional certifications in specialized urological procedures
- Experience working within ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, or private practices
- Familiarity with complex case management
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in urology
- Eligible or certified by the American Board of Urology
Additional Requirements:
- License and DEA in PA
- Ability to work full-time days (8 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday)
- Willingness to support coverage for approximately 6 weeks each month
- Travel reimbursements and licensure support when applicable
