Required Skills:
- Board eligible or certified in Urology
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency in general urology procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a patient load of 40-70 patients daily
- EMR proficiency, preferably with EPIC
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in ambulatory surgery centers or private practice settings
- Additional certifications or specialized training in urological procedures
- Familiarity with hospital-based care and multidisciplinary collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Valid PA medical license and DEA registration
- Eligible for certification in urology
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic environment
Other Requirements:
- License to practice in Pennsylvania
- Willingness to support scheduled shifts from June through September
- Ability to navigate credentialing within 90 days
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to state and federal regulations
